Colour in Cards – Birthday Cards

colour in cards

As you know I’m always creating new designs and products to pop in my shop. I probably have way too many ideas really, but this time I’ve added in my new love – colour in cards!

Spending most of my time sat on the sofa with Matilda, it’s been easier to draw on my ipad rather than my computer. When I draw on my ipad I prefer to draw with black lines in Procreate then change the colour afterwards on Photoshop. I think it’s due to the screen differences, but I’m not 100% sure why.

Well after a couple of weeks, filling up ProCreate with line drawings I fell strangely in love with them and decided I’d make some into colour in cards!

Originally I thought they’d be for children to give to parents, siblings and friends but we all know how addicting colouring in can get as adults, so I think they’d really be perfect for any age!

They’re printed on recycled card, which is blank on the inside and come with a white envelope. They’re just £2.50 each and are also currently in my 5 for £10 offer. Just pop 5FOR10 in the voucher box at the checkout. (Either on here or my Etsy!)

Out of all of them my favourite is definitely the ‘Have a Colourful Birthday’ colour in card. There’s so much going on with the cake, party hats and confetti, but that means there’s more to colour in!

Would you give them to someone younger to colour in and gift, or do you think you’d nab them for yourself?

  1. I love these! My mum is very into adult colouring at the moment so, besides myself, I’d get one for her. Will check out your shop shortly.

    1. Hey Kim! I know someone the same, I’m sure they have a stack of colouring in books by now, we just keep buying them! Thank you so much! 💕

  2. Having too many ideas is never a bad thing! Coloring is always so much fun – especially in the evening just to pass the time, it’s aways so soothing! I love the Have a Colorful Birthday one, so many different things to color in!!

    1. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to design my next range! They did well at the end of term with parents buying them for teachers.

  3. These are so cute. Lovey designs. I would definitely be colouring them in myself but they’re great if you want kids to put their personal touch on a card.
    Really sweet.

    1. Thank you so much Louisa! I’m going to admit I’ve definitely sat colouring in a few of the ones that printed slightly wrong.

    1. Thank you so much Kayleigh! I absolutely love coming up with new creations so this means a lot!
