Christopher Robin Stationary Poundland Haul
I used to love going to Poundland when I was younger. We’d always pick up some cheap sweets and have a wander around their home bit seeing how much we could get with the scraps of money we had left. Since we moved, it’s no longer on my way home and I just don’t venture into that part of town anymore. However, last week I found myself with a spare 10 minutes waiting for my husband to finish work so I decided to pop in.
It’s not the easiest place to shop, as everything is usually on top of each other but after a good old rummage I found these beautiful little 15cm x 15cm books. They both feature Christopher Robin designs, one with gold foil and the other with cute little embossed designs. I don’t know what I’m going to do with them, but they are so adorable I’m sure I’ll find something. I think they’d even look cute as a little gift in a frame if you have any Christopher Robin-loving friends. Otherwise I think I’ll probably just use them for my blog and Instagram photos.
We actually used similar (but a lot more expensive – where were you Poundland?!) paper books to create our table center pieces at our wedding. They took so many hours but looked beautiful on the day! Maybe I’ll do a little blog post on how to make these if anyone’s interested.
I also spotted this Christopher Robin Duct Tape. Absolutely no idea what I’m going to use it for, as it’s far too beautiful for use in a normal duct-tape situation. Until then I’ll just say I’m saving it.
Have you picked up any of these Christopher Robin stationary goodies?
What would you use the paper for?
