My first Brighton Etsy Meet Up!

brighton etsy meetup the square

A few months back I created my ETSY store to run alongside JustTheBeginning-x.com. This was only after many months of me bugging Emi with way too many questions about whether Etsy was really worth it (Sorry!)

One of the main selling points for me, was that Etsy offers sellers the opportunity to ‘meet people with common interests and collaborate.’ by joining teams. I quickly joined the Brighton Sellers Team, and watched each month as their meet-ups were scheduled when I was at work. Determined to attend one I kept looking and this month I wasn’t at work!

It was held in a lovely little cafe in Brighton called The Square. I really wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first meet up, so I arrived early to make sure I had time to grab a cup of tea and pick a seat.

I met some really lovely people including these talented three who were sat on the table with me:

ButtonAndBlueStore

MeaBeeDesign

HookingWithHeart

I really enjoyed this Brighton Etsy Meetup and honestly can’t wait until the next one! I’ve already got my fingers crossed that I’m not working.

If you want to find out more about the Brighton Etsy Team please have a look over here: https://brightonetsyteam.wordpress.com/

And if you want to have a little peak at my Etsy store you can find it here:

I’ve only got a small selection of my range on my Etsy shop at the moment as I’m about to start uploading my Christmas range early next week! (Shhh.. it’s never too early 😂)

Do you have an Etsy Store? Leave me a link below if you do!

If you don’t have you ever purchased anything from Etsy, what sort of products do you look for on there?

    1. There’s so many talented artists on there! I often buy my Christmas gifts on Etsy because you’ll always find something you know your friends will love!

  1. I’ve been thinking about starting an Etsy site for a long time now, either for jewellery or decorations. I didn’t actually realise you could meet up with people on Etsy, so I found this really useful to read!

    1. You definitely should! Everyone who I spoke to was so kind and welcoming, I’m sure there’s a local meet up for your area too!

    1. Thank you so much! 💕
I keep looking for blogger meet ups but can’t find anything around. I’m hoping something will pop up soon though!

    1. I did really enjoy it, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They have little workshops too sometimes that I’m going to try and attend. I started off with Christmas stupidly early so I’m hoping I won’t lose the Christmas spirit before it all starts! 😂

    1. There seems to be loads of local meet ups so you should definitely have a look if there’s one closer to you!

    1. It’s such a great little website full of so many talented people! I always have a search running up to Christmas for gift buying!

    1. It was! Thank you I hope you like it 💕There’s not loads on there but I’m going to start upload all my Christmas cards and gifts soon ready for fair applications! (It’s never too early right? 😂)

  3. It’s so lovely that they organise meet ups, I would never have thought of something like that happening with Etsy! I had a look at your Etsy store – the items you are selling are SO cute. Love the designs!
