Mother’s Day Gift Guide

The stores are swarming with cards, gifts and flowers again, but this time it’s for Mother’s Day. Luckily for me, my family have started badly hinting at what they want, which consists of putting an object right in my face and saying “I really like this” but some of you might not be so lucky, so I’ve put together a little Mother’s Day Gift Guide!

Firstly, just a little mention of my own Mother’s Day Cards. I probably spend too much time drawing now, but I’m really proud of what I create. They’re quite cheap plus you’d be supporting an independent designer *wink wink*.

On Thortful they even package a cute little chocolate bar along with your card for only £8.99. You also have the option of socks or cake mixture.

Rose with Swarovski crystal elements – £8.20

These little ornaments are absolutely beautiful and at only £8.20 it’s a perfect little Mother’s Day gift. It’s a beautiful rose with special mum engraved on a heart at the bottom of the stand.

It is quite small, but still a lovely little token that I’m sure your mum would love.

Yankee Candles – Set of 5 votives – £9.95

You can never go wrong with candles, plus if you’re looking to spend a little more you can purchase a candle holder to go with them. Each of these spring-inspired votive candles last around 15 hours, and they come in this beautiful gift box. The fragrance names sound so lovely, and if I didn’t already have a pile of candles I’d probably have been tempted.

Bird House Keyrings & Holder £6.99

I bought these for myself with the original plan to use them with my house keys. Although, I’m going to be honest, I don’t think the birds would last throwing them in and out of my work bag. However, I do think they’d be perfect for spare sets, or even popped by the back door for shed keys. You can attach them to the wall with either screws or the sticky back pads they provide.

I hope this gives you some inspiration for what to get your mum this Mother’s Day. Is there anything I’ve missed? I have already purchased mine but knowing me, I’ll probably find something else by the 11th March.

What are you getting your mum this Mother’s Day?

    1. Thank you Sophie! I absolutely love shopping for other people and yankee candles usually end up in the gift bag!

    1. Thank you so much, the keyring holder is so cute isn’t it! It’s a shame that I don’t think it would last in a bag, but perfect for the house.
